Driving instructions
- Merge onto the main highway (Autopista General Cañas/Route 1) eastbound towards San Jose for 5.4 km (3.4 mi).
- Exit underneath the "Puente Francisco J. Orlich" bridge. The name Francisco J. Orlich is carved in the cement on the side of the bridge itself, however it is very hard to see at night. Just before this exit are the large EPA hardware store and the Belén exit.
- Go straight for 1.3 km (0.8 mi) parallel to the highway until it becomes a brick road.
- Turn right and take an immediate left.
- Adventure Inn is just ahead on the right.
- Head westbound on the the main highway (Autopista General Cañas/Route 1) towards Alajuela for 8.8 km (5.5 mi).
- Take the exit in front of Plaza Real Cariari and keep left towards the stop lights.
- At the lights, turn left and drive for 300 meters, crossing over the highway.
- Take your first right and merge onto the highway in the opposite direction for 150 meters.
- Exit immediately underneath the "Puente Francisco J. Orlich" bridge.
- Go straight for 1.3 km (0.8 mi) parallel to the highway until it becomes a brick road.
- Turn right and take an immediate left.
- Adventure Inn is just ahead on the right.
