Yes—airport pickup, inter-destination transfers, and your return to SJO are included unless we say otherwise. This includes shuttles, boats, and domestic flights as needed for your itinerary.

Usually, yes. Add a night, swap a tour, choose another hot springs—we'll let you know what's simple to adjust. Most modifications are possible with minimal cost changes.

The $150 fee covers our complete custom itinerary design and booking service. You pay package costs at our cost (no markup) plus this separate $150 design fee. If you decide not to book, we'll convert the $150 to an Adventure Inn credit valid for 12 months.

We'll convert your deposit to an Adventure Inn credit (valid 12 months) that you can use for rooms, tours, or shuttles. If you'd rather have a refund, request it before we finalize any reservations.

Typically 2-3 business days once we have your questionnaire. During peak season (December-April) it may take up to 5 days. We'll give you a timeline when you start.

Since you typically spend two or three nights at Adventure Inn during your vacation, we don't add any additional price on top of what you would pay if you booked everything yourself directly with the tour companies and hotels. Most companies also give us a small commission for each booking, which gets shared among all of our staff members. This allows us to offer you direct booking rates while maintaining our service.

Our packages work for solo travelers, couples, families, and groups up to 12 people. Larger groups get custom pricing and may have additional tour options available.

Costa Rica is great year-round! Dry season (December-April) has less rain but more crowds. Green season (May-November) offers lush landscapes, fewer tourists, and better prices.
